Using Costlr responsibly.

Costlr provides supplier-invoice extraction, review, normalization and price history. It is not an accounting, inventory, procurement or payment service. Comparisons depend on compatible records and are not guaranteed savings or financial advice.

Use accurate account information, protect credentials and only access authorized workspaces. Do not share verification codes or bypass permissions, usage limits or file-access checks.

Free, Starter and Growth are single-user plans. Business supports up to five users; Custom access is contracted. Team invitations and paid subscription management remain subject to launch availability.

Only submit information you have authority to provide. Do not upload malicious files or access private data from another business.

Extraction can be uncertain. Check flagged fields and product/package matches against the original before finishing Review. Originals remain evidence; keep your own copies for business records.

Free includes 10 successfully processed invoices per month. Published paid allowances are Starter 75, Growth 250 and Business 750. Custom volume is agreed individually. Annual pricing uses a 15% discount, with monthly allowances.

Usage is counted once at successful completion. Duplicates, unsupported files and hard failures do not count. Review drafts count when successfully finished.

Paid checkout, subscription changes and self-service cancellation are not yet available. Published prices are plan information, not an active checkout offer. Billing periods, renewals, cancellation and refund terms must be shown and agreed before a paid purchase.

Email ingestion and notifications depend on receiving and delivery readiness. Check status before forwarding. Processing is asynchronous; no guaranteed processing time, uninterrupted availability or support response time is offered here.
