Your allowance is based on successfully processed invoices—not pages, OCR calls, tokens, or workflow steps.
What counts toward my limit?
Usage is recorded once when an invoice successfully finishes processing. An invoice in Review counts when you successfully finish it.
Do failed or duplicate invoices count?
No. Duplicate, spam, unsupported, corrupted, and hard-failed submissions do not consume usage.
Are paid plans available now?
Workspace owners can check payment availability in Settings → Billing. Checkout is enabled only after billing setup and verification; existing subscribers manage their plans through the customer portal.
What changes with annual billing?
Annual prices include a 15% discount and are billed yearly. Invoice allowances still reset each calendar month.
Are invoice emails the same as price alerts?
No. Optional Needs review and Processed emails for new inbox invoices are available on all plans when delivery is ready. Configurable price alerts start on Starter; optional daily price digests start on Growth.
